Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is proud to announce the promotion of Alicia Ostermeier to Director of Human Resources. In this role, Alicia is a member of our leadership team and continues to contribute greatly to our progress as we plan for BLP’s future.

She is an advocate for every team member within BLP as well as BLP itself. We are grateful and lucky to have her on our team.”

This year, Alicia has been a leader in the progress made with career paths and development plans at BLP. Her primary focus going forward is the HR function.”
Alicia holds an M.S. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
