Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is excited to announce the promotion of Jennifer Bertram to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Jennifer is an officer of the company and will continue to lead our Operations area and contribute to the overall management of BLP through our senior leadership team.
“Jennifer’s leadership and growth since she started with us at BLP 10 years ago have been tremendous,” said BLP President, Sharon Boller. “Her insight, instructional design skills and her people coaching skills are valued by our internal team as well as our clients. She leads with compassion, conviction, and an eye toward excellence in product, in process, and in people. We are extremely fortunate to have Jennifer as a member of the BLP team – and as a leader within it.”
“While her focus is always on helping her colleagues develop their talents and to help BLP develop the best learning solutions, at the same time she has grown as a leader at BLP and has assumed more and more responsibilities,” said CFO, Kirk Boller. “She has done a tremendous job for BLP and for each of you who have worked with her.”
Jen holds a M.S. in Adult Education from Indiana University.
