Bottom-Line Performance, Inc. (BLP) was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2015 “Fast 25” list. Fast 25 is the IBJ’s annual ranking of the fastest growing private companies in the Indianapolis area.

According Kirk and Sharon Boller, a combination of forward-thinking clients, a talented and dedicated team, and the launch of an award-winning product have made BLP’s growth possible.

“Seeing BLP on this list is a reminder of just how many people have contributed to our success over the past two decades,” said Kirk Boller, BLP CEO. “Our outstanding client partners have let us into their worlds to develop great learning solutions… and we have had the highest level and best people on the BLP team to create those solutions.”

Since 1995, BLP has partnered with clients to create custom learning supports that support product launches, customer education, and internal learning needs. After years of steady growth, BLP’s growth began to accelerate with the launch of the Knowledge Guru® game-based learning platform in 2012.

“Adding Knowledge Guru to our offerings has enabled us to bundle a cost-effective game-based learning solution into our custom curriculums while also introducing us to new clients who needed a standalone gaming platform,” said Sharon Boller, President and Chief Product Officer. “This has hugely impacted our growth.”

The Indianapolis Business Journal created the Fast 25 list by ranking Indianapolis companies based on their revenue growth over a three-year period. BLP experienced 72% percent revenue growth from 2012 to 2014.
