I would also say this &quot;story&quot; is applicable to many training solutions out there--we want to dump everything we know on our learners in an &quot;all inclusive&quot; course that doesn&#039;t take into account the value of &quot;just in time&quot; learning. I think I&#039;ll use this as part of kick off meetings for new training design/development projects!</description>
