It&#039;s interesting that learners think they are learning...not just enjoying themselves. Perceptions have to change for facilitators (I have to entertain) and participants (The class is &quot;good&quot; if I&#039;ve enjoyed myself). 

As in most things, I just wouldn&#039;t want us to swing to the other side and encourage facilitators to be information dumps. We should be able to engage learners without putting on a dog and pony show! :)</description>
