I am a Senior Learning Designer.

What I bring to your bottom line…

I bring experience from the corporate world that helps me understand the challenges you face. Before I joined BLP, I was a one-woman training department – I know what it's like to work with limited resources, little time, and organizational challenges! One of my favorite parts of the job is helping our clients find solutions to their problems.

Often those problems should be tackled through a variety of learning solutions. I enjoy finding the most effective path - whether it’s through better knowledge management, interactive forums, or a series of learning bites.

Facts About Me…

• It took me a while to figure outf what I wanted to be when I grew up. So I have a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Indianapolis and a Masters of Science in Adult Education from Indiana University.
• Complex projects are my forte. I’m easily bored, so tackling complex, large projects helps keep me content.
• I love living in Irvington, Indiana (a historical urban neighborhood) and being able to walk to stores and restaurants. The suburbs are not for me!
• I’m super crafty. My general response to seeing something I like in a store - “I could make that!”

How I like to give back…

I am the director of my church’s English as a Second Language program. It’s extremely rewarding to help our students learn English and gain the skills they need to be successful in our community. I also support Indy Reads, Indianapolis’s literacy organization by administering their blog and helping with strategic initiatives.
