The NCAA and BLP partnered on a marketing education piece that is used to educate NCAA members on the services that the Student-Athlete Affairs (SSA) provides. Organizations who would like to partner with SSA, must first take this overview/orientation course before they are granted access to the website and collaboration zone.

The course is narrated by a learning agent, Amanda. She was recorded on green screen, allowing her to literally walk on and off the screens of the course. She points out various components of the pages to learners. Another green screen video with Vice-President Robert Vowels presents the vision of Student-Athlete Affairs.
