Learning Designer |
Learning designers support a lead designer in figuring out the optimal learning solution for a client. (A video? A multimedia course? A website?). They support the lead designer in defining learning requirements, designing activities, and then they lead the content creation process. They work directly with people we know affectionately as “SMEs” or subject matter experts – to craft great scripts, games, simulations, etc. They are uber researchers and writers extraordinaire – whether writing a podcast, a classroom course, a webinar, or an e-course. |
