Bottom–Line Performance (BLP) is the proud recipient of two awards from the 2018 Horizon Interactive Awards competition. The top entries in each category are awarded a Gold, Silver, or Bronze distinction for excellence in interactive media. The prestigious competition has received over 10,000 entries from over 40 countries since its inception in 2002.
The Selling Electric in the Bus Market eLearning Course earned a Silver designation in the Training / eLearning category. The course was created in partnership with Cummins, Inc., a global technology leader in engines, filtration, power generation, and electrified power products, as part of their new comprehensive training and sales enablement program. This project was a 3D video-driven eLearning course for dealers and regional sales representatives who will sell electric solutions in the bus market.
BLP also partnered with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to win a Bronze Horizon Interactive award in the Training / eLearning category. The Division II Online Coaches Training course is a mobile-first solution that coaches can view anytime, anywhere. The course helps Division II coaches identify and apply recruiting rules and regulations and locate appropriate recruiting and eligibility resources.
“DII University is a platform that provides an interactive and engaging method to learning,” said Terri Steeb Gronau, Vice President of Division II at the NCAA. “The ability to provide a tool for coaches, key individuals for the student-athletes, is significant. Coaches have access to a tool that can be accessed anywhere and at any time. It provides them what they need to know for their job and what they need to know to enhance the student-athlete experience on campus. What has been built initially for coaches will expand to others on campus and we look forward to bringing this learning experience to others.”
BLP President, Sharon Boller, expressed her gratitude: “We are delighted to learn our client projects earned two Horizon awards. We love Horizon awards because of their focus on UX/UI. To earn a Horizon award, a digital course must provide an exceptional user experience. Earning them requires a strong partnership between BLP members and the client members of a project team. Congrats to Cummins, the NCAA, and the BLPers who produced these two exceptional experiences.”
