2019 Learning Trends: Where We Are and Where We’re Headed
These days, it seems like everyone is waiting for the next big thing. There are plenty of hypotheses about what it will be: artificial intelligence, autonomous everything, virtual reality, etc. Keeping up with it all can feel exhausting.
In December 2018, we conducted our fifth annual Learning Trends Survey. We asked questions like these: what learning trends are you excited about for 2019 and beyond? Do you get input from their learners as part of the training design process? What about the development process?
In this webinar, we share our findings, provide our analysis of those findings, and offer five takeaways for 2019.
After viewing this webinar, you'll be able to:
Recognize the importance of getting input and feedback from your learners as part of the design and development processes.
Understand how various training methods might be used in the year ahead.
Identify emerging learning trends and how to incorporate them into your own solutions.
Apply practical solutions to common training challenges.
