Tina Pierson

Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is excited to announce the hiring of a new Strategic Account Manager, Tina Pierson. In this role, Tina will manage the entire relationship with assigned customer accounts. She will be a strategic partner, effectively navigate changing priorities among customers, provide excellent, ongoing customer service, and approach situations from a position of humility and a passion for the work we do.

Tina has held numerous roles in the life science and pharmaceutical industries. She has worked for several major companies in the Indianapolis area including Eli Lilly, Roche Diagnostics, and as a field rep for AstraZeneca. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative at Amgen in Muncie, Indiana. Tina specializes in account management, product launches, life science/research, tissue diagnostics/oncology, pain/gastroenterology, diabetes/metabolic/urology, bone health/cardiology, territory analysis, and much more.

Tina had this to say about her new role: “With my background in science and medicine, I love deciphering how the mind works, including how people learn and retain information. I am excited to be an integral part in that process for our clients.”

“Tina brings a wealth of sales experience to our team, predominantly in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries,” said VP of Client Relations, Leanne Batchelder. “We were immediately impressed with her poise, charm, and quick-thinking. She ‘sold’ us at each interview and we’re sure she’s the perfect fit to help us nurture and grow some of our most important accounts.”

Kirk Boller, partner and CFO, echoed Leanne’s sentiment, “Tina brings extensive life sciences industry expertise and was a perfect fit with the BLP core values that have driven our success and that our clients have come to expect. This positions us well for future growth and success.”

Outside of work, Tina loves a good adventure and staying active… but family comes first. “I love to travel, exercise, and play outdoors (boating, paddle-boarding, kayaking, swimming, and hiking). During my more relaxed moments, you will find me sipping on a glass of wine while spending time with close friends, oftentimes sitting by our fire pit, or winning at euchre! My most fulfilling adventures in life, however, are those spent with my amazing husband of almost 12 years and our beautiful, but very silly, 8-year-old daughter.”

Tina holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Southern Indiana.
