Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is ranked #3435 on the 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. It’s BLP’s second straight year on the list, driven by several years of strong revenue growth and a portfolio of clients that has grown from local to global.
“Our internal team and our clients both win as we grow,” says BLP president Sharon Boller. “Our team benefits from the emphasis we can put into developing their skills and capabilities; our clients benefit from the new capabilities we gain.”
BLP qualified for the Inc. 5000 by growing revenue by 95% from 2012 to 2015, up from 71% over the previous three-year measurement period. Because of this rapid growth, BLP has increased in size from 15 employees in 2011 to 35 in 2016 with more new jobs planned.
“I am very grateful to each and every one of our clients and employees for making BLP what it is today,” says BLP co-owner Kirk Boller. “This is our second year in a row on the list, which makes it an even rarer accomplishment. While this level of growth has never been BLP’s only goal, we’ll take it as a sign of our success as a company.”
