Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is proud to announce the promotion of Alicia Ostermeier to Director of Human Resources. In this role, Alicia is a member of our leadership team and continues to contribute greatly to our progress as we plan for BLP’s future.

“Eight years ago Alicia started with us as a subcontracted writer. Today she is our valued Director of Human Resources,” said President, Sharon Boller. “Alicia exemplifies every one of our core values, but she is the poster child for continuous learning and improvement. She has challenged herself to learn, grow, and improve every day. Her rise within BLP is a testimony to how hard she works and what an amazing learner she is. She is an advocate for every team member within BLP as well as BLP itself. We are grateful and lucky to have her on our team.”

“In her eight-plus years at BLP, Alicia has performed almost every single role to some degree, which is very rare,” said Partner & CFO, Kirk Boller. “She wears many hats and any one of them could be the most important on a given day. This year, Alicia has been a leader in the progress made with career paths and development plans at BLP. Her primary focus going forward is the HR function.”

Alicia holds an M.S. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
