Bottom-Line Performance (BLP) is proud to announce the promotion of Kendell Lett to Account Manager. In this role, Kendell will manage the entire relationship with assigned customer accounts. She will be a strategic partner, effectively navigate changing priorities among customers, provide excellent, ongoing customer service, and approach situations from a position of humility and a passion for the work we do.
“Kendell epitomizes what’s possible at BLP, and she has earned her successes,” said President, Sharon Boller. “She started with us right after graduating from DePauw University and she’s methodically built skills and consistently added value to BLP – as well as simply being a terrific person. We are delighted in her success, and we know she’ll be a huge asset to our clients. Her recently-minted MBA gives her a unique business perspective to couple with her 11 years’ experience in L&D. She will truly be able to focus on helping our clients achieve outcomes rather than just delivering content.”
“Kendell is well prepared for managing key client relationships, with over 11 years of experience with BLP in all facets of producing learning solutions,” said CFO, Kirk Boller. “She also brings great business acumen to the table, as evidenced by her recently completed MBA degree. Most importantly, Kendell is a joy to work with and relate to, as BLPers and many clients already know. We are proud of Kendell and know that our team and our clients will truly benefit from her in her new role.”
Kendell holds a B.A. in English Writing from DePauw University.
