Thank you, Christiana! I know we’ll see some growing pains with conversational AI. Think about how long it’s taken the enterprise to embrace mobile. We were talking about it as an emerging trend in 2008, and some organizations are just now enabling mobile learning. But we see major potential benefits for the organizations that commit and invest early. -Steve

Good post! Thanks for defining the various techs. I tried Alexa at work and our network blocks IoT. It was rude. Lol

We had good success with the Mobile Coach chatbot and a safety program. The technicians were unsure at first but really started getting into it. We saw an improvement in safety incidents and technicians reporting that the company cared about their safety on an engagement survey. We considered it a win!
