Bottom-Line Performance  (BLP) is ranked #4049 on the 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. BLP joins the Inc. 5000 for the first time thanks to three years of rapid revenue growth and an expanding client portfolio.

“Being listed on the Inc. 5000 is truly a group effort,” says BLP CEO Kirk Boller. “Inclusion on this list represents the great relationships we have built with our clients, and that is all because the great work our people are doing every day.”

BLP qualified for the Inc. 5000 by growing revenue by 71% from 2011 to 2014. The company grew from 15 to 29 employees during this time, with even more jobs added in 2015.

“Making it to the Inc. 5000 represents the efforts of our entire team as well execution of a strong strategic vision,” says BLP President Sharon Boller. “We are proud of our growth and look forward to our continued evolution as a company.”

BLP is also a member of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2015 “Fast 25” list of fastest growing private companies in the Indianapolis area.

Inc. 5000 Methodology

The 2015 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2011 to 2014. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2011. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2014. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2011 is $100,000; the minimum for 2014 is $2 million.
